株式会社Drop（以下「当社」）は、個人情報保護法（平成15年法律第57号。以下「個人情報保護法」）その他関連法令を遵守し、当社の保有する個人情報を適正に取り扱うことが企業の重要な社会的責務であるとの認識に立ち、coe workerおよびcoe companyにおける個人情報の取り扱いに関する方針を以下の通り定めております。なお、本ポリシーにおける定義は、個人情報保護法によるものとします。

また、当社は、当社が提供するcoe workerおよび coe companyのアプリケーションまたはウェブサイト（以下「本サイト等」）において提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」）の円滑な運営に必要な範囲で、本サイト等の利用者の情報を収集し、利用目的の範囲内で適切に取り扱います。

1. 個人情報保護体制の確立

当社は、役員および従業員等に個人情報保護の重要性を認識させるとともに、個人情報保護に係る管理体制を確立します。また、当社は個人情報の取得、利用、提供等の管理ルールを明文化し、個人情報の適正な管理を行います。

・本社所在地

・電話番号

・メールアドレス

・パスワード等、アカウントへのアクセス者の本人確認に必要な情報

・当社が本サイト等において取得すると定めた情報

・その他、当社が指定する利用者に関する情報

（2）お問合せおよびアンケートのご利用にあたっては、前(1)の記載事項に加え、お問い合わせ内容を記載していただきます。

（3）本サイト等では、インターネットドメイン名、IP アドレス、本サイト等の閲覧等の利用者に関する情報を自動的に収集します。

3. 個人情報の取扱い

1) 利用目的内での利用

当社は、取得した個人情報を、利用者の同意なくして利用目的の範囲を超えて利用することはありません。

当社が取得した個人情報は、以下の目的に利用いたします。

  1. 当社で取り扱っている商品・サービスに関する営業上のご案内を行うこと。
  2. 当社で取り扱う商品・サービスの企画・研究開発・品質向上のため、および、お客様満足度向上のため、お客様へのアンケート調査や故障診断等を行うこと。
  3. 本サービスへの登録、本人確認を行うこと。
  4. 本サービスの提供、利用者からのお問合せへの対応その他本サービスの実施のために必要な業務を行うこと。
  5. 法令の定めまたは行政当局の通達・指導等に基づく対応を行うこと。
  6. 利用者の興味・関心に合わせた広告その他マーケティングおよびその成果確認を行うこと。
  7. 重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡をすること。
  8. 利用規約、本ポリシーその他当社が定めるルールに違反した利用者に対応すること。
  9. 本ポリシーで定める個人データの第三者提供。
  10. 利用規約、本ポリシーその他当社が定めるルールの変更を通知すること。
  11. 上記の利用目的に付随する目的。

2) 利用目的の変更

当社は、利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り、個人情報の利用目的を変更するものとします。

利用目的の変更を行った場合には、変更後の目的は本サイト等上にて公表し、改定日を更新します。

3) 個人データの安全管理措置

当社は、個人データへの不正アクセス、個人データの紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏洩等の防止その他個人データの安全管理のために、組織的、物理的および技術的な安全管理措置を適切に講じます。また、個人データを取り扱う役員および従業員等に対して、個人情報保護のための教育・啓発活動に努める等、人的な安全管理措置を適切に講じてまいります。

  1. 当社は、上記2.の定めに従って取得した個人情報を、個人情報保護法その他関連法令により認められる場合を除き、利用者の同意を得ずに第三者に提供しません。
  2. 前号にかかわらず、当社は、次に掲げる場合には、当社が取り扱う個人情報を第三者に提供することがあります。

①利用者の興味・関心に合わせた広告の配信およびその成果確認ならびにサービス の提供のため、個人データを、それ自体では特定の個人を識別できないようにした情報として当社と提携している広告配信業者に提供する場合。

本サイト等では、インターネットドメイン名、IP アドレス、本サイト等の 閲覧等の情報を自動的に収集、利用することがあります。第三者が提供するサービスを用いた行動ターゲティング広告等での利用も含みます。利用者に関する情報の外部送信については「利用者に関する情報の外部送信について」をご覧ください。

6) Googleアナリティクスに つ いて

7) 保有個人データの利用目的の開示、および保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止

当社は、個人情報に関する利用者の権利を尊重し、利用者により保有個人データの利用目的の開示もしくは第三者提供記録の開示を求められたとき、または、保有個人データの開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・消去もしくは第三者提供の停止を求められたときは、請求者が利用者本人であることを確認のうえ、法令の定めに従い誠意をもって対応いたします。第６記載のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

4. 事故時の措置

当社は、個人情報の漏えい事故等が発生した場合には、事実関係と原因の調査、二次被害の防止策および再発防止策等を実施し、適切に対応いたします。

5. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、必要に応じて変更することがあります。当社が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本サイト等にて公表し、改定日を更新し、改定日から変更後の本ポリシーが適用されるものとします。

Based on the recognition that it is an important social responsibility of companies to properly handle personal information held by our company in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003; hereinafter the "Personal Information Protection Act") and other related laws and regulations, Drop Inc. (2) When using an inquiry or questionnaire, the content of the inquiry must be described in addition to the information described in the preceding item (1).

(3) The Website, etc. automatically collects information about users such as Internet domain names, IP addresses, and browsing of the Website, etc.

3. Handling of Personal Information

1) Use within the purpose of use

Our Company will not use the personal information acquired, beyond the scope of the purpose of use, without the consent of the user.

The personal information acquired by Our Company will be used for the following purposes.

  1. To provide business guidance regarding products and services handled by Our Company

2) Change of purpose of use

5) Acquisition and use of information on users

The Website, etc. may automatically collect and use information such as Internet domain names, IP addresses, and browsing of the Website, etc. This includes use in behavioral targeting advertising, etc. using services provided by third parties. 6) About Google Analytics

Our Company will respect users' rights relating to personal information and respond in good faith pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations, when a user requests disclosure of the purpose of use of, or disclosure of record of provision to a third party of, any retained personal data, or requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, discontinuation of use, erasure or discontinuation of provision to a third party of any retained personal data, by verifying that such person is the user. 4. Measures in the Event of an Accident

If an accident such as leakage of personal information occurs, Our Company will investigate the facts and the cause, take measures to prevent secondary damage and recurrence, and respond appropriately.
